Does it cost anything to attend 'Cuegrass?No, the festival is free for all to attend. All proceeds from food and beverage sales at the festival will go to our chosen beneficiaries. If you would like to make a donation to our beneficiary fund, please visit the Donate page on our website.

Where do I park?Parking is available in several locations around the Fayetteville Street. Please see our parking suggestions here.

Who's on stage?The main stage lineup includes The Grassomatics, Courtney Lynn & Quinn, Boone & Church, and Old Habits. The Beer & Banjos stage lineup includes Skye Pixton, Sophie Lowry, Parker-Duncan, and Caroline Tanner. The 'Cuegrass After Party will be headlined by Pretty Little Goat!

Are there sponsorship opportunities?Yes! We rely on our wonderful sponsors to help give as much back to the charities as possible. Whether you're interested in corporate sponsorships, stage sponsorships, in-kind donations, or items for the silent auction, we'd love to discuss every opportunity with you! Is 'Cuegrass kid-friendly?Yes! 'Cuegrass welcomes kids of all ages to enjoy the festival. Our kids zone will have face painting, arts & crafts, and much more.

Is 'Cuegrass dog-friendly?Your leashed and friendly furry buddies are welcome inside the festival. Look for dog watering stations and shade tents to keep cool.

Can I bring outside food and beverages?No. We ask that you please purchase your food and drinks inside the festival, as every penny spent at 'Cuegrass goes directly to the charities. Absolutely no outside alcohol is allowed, and no coolers.

Can I bring my lawn chair?Cuegrass is lawn chair friendly near the main stage. Please only put your chair down in the designated lawn chair seating section and be respectful of people who need to cross through this area. No chairs may be placed outside of the designated area. Get there early to claim your spot!

What are my food and beverage options at 'Cuegrass?Barbecue and beer, of course! We'll have several tasty items available for purchase inside the festival, including The Pit's famous BBQ sandwiches, hot dogs, and veggie burgers for our vegetarian guests. Other favorites include french fries, pork skins, corn on the cob, banana pudding, Pepsi and water, and plenty of local beer. Check our festival info page for updates on food and beer options.

What forms of payment are accepted?All forms of payment are accepted for 'Cuegrass food, drinks, merchandise, and silent auction items. This includes cash and cards. Vendors may vary in their accepted forms of payment.

Are you accepting vendors?We are taking market vendor applications (art, retail, merchandise) until March 1, 2024. We are not accepting food and beverage vendors. Fill out an application here and we'll notify you by email.
